419 Scam Example: "SANDTONCITY INTERNATIONAL LOTTO"
"SANDTONCITY INTERNATIONAL LOTTO" is a fake lottery scam run by a gang in South Africa. There is *no* "international lottery" anywhere worldwide. All phone numbers used in the scam are mobile phones.
